During my mat leave, I felt there was a real gap in the community — there weren’t many places where you could work out with your child — until I discovered Stacie’s class. She is incredibly positive, encouraging, and supportive. Her workouts are well structured, and she always offers thoughtful modifications for postpartum bodies or wherever you’re at. It’s also just so much fun — watching toddlers run around and babies play nearby adds such a joyful energy. I’d absolutely recommend her classes to anyone!!

I started B Squad at 6 weeks postpartum & did some PT sessions with Stacie before joining the fitness classes which I’ve done twice a week ever since. B Squad has helped me regain my strength in a really supportive environment. All the exercises can be modified and got progressively more challenging as soon as I felt ready. This community has also been one of the highlights of my maternity leave, it’s got a really special energy and I’ve met some amazing supportive moms (incl Stacie!), especially as a FTM. I really look forward to the classes every week and love that my daughter, Lily, is immersed in such a positive environment/fitness from such a young age.

B. Squad Fitness is amazing! It’s for everyone. I typically shy away from group classes, nervous that I will not do things right or that I won’t keep up. These classes have you instantly comfortable. It’s nothing but laughs and confidence boosts while getting your sweat on. The workouts are so well rounded and allow you to challenge yourself while doing it at a pace and level that you are comfortable with. I can not recommend these classes enough. Try it, you’ll love it.

What an excellent way to bring caregivers and littles together. My daughter loves tagging along with me to B Squad classes. I feel that by bringing her has shown her community, people encouraging others in a fun way, and helps her understand fitness as part of healthy life style. The kids free evenings have become a routine for me. I think it’s because of the fun atmosphere (many laughs), new routines each time which keeps it exciting and fresh, and seeing the progressions in myself and some of the other regulars gains! Dopamine! Wahoo! It’s easy to see the care Stacie puts into her class programming. Tailoring classes to those who she knows will be in attendance and offering modifications both for those who need more challenges and those who need to dial something back. She is dedicated to B Squad’s success and I’m humbled to see how hard she’s worked to get where B Squad is today. I’m so excited to see B Squad grow and so thankful Stacie had the courage and expertise to bring this to our little community. Let’s go!

I love B. Squad Fitness because it’s a community where you can walk in and feel motivated, and it pushes me to work harder than I would on my own. The electric energy from others keeps me engaged, and the variety of workouts and challenges, really push my limits while helping me feel supported and fearless to keep aiming for greater goals. The outdoor Saturday morning fuel is a great blend of challenge and fun. Stacie creates a welcoming environment for all fitness levels. Really enjoying this class and excited to try more.

Stacie’s classes are great!  Great instruction beforehand, fun music to exercise by and a great workout.  Nothing is more cute than seeing little kiddies trying to copy their Mom’s doing the moves. Great example for the Mom’s sidekicks.

Well this has been an absolute treat. For someone who does not like going to gyms, B Squad has really been a place where I have felt that there is no judgment and all the members are really kind and fun. I would recommend B Squad to anyone whether you have a child or not. Night classes are great too as those are kid free but the morning classes give you an opportunity to work out and have your child with you. Thank you for giving me a place where I can enjoy working out again. Stacie is awesome and set up amazing classes that really challenge you.

B. Squad Fitness classes are THE best! Personally, I HATE working out – however with Stacie’s classes they are honestly the two evenings a week I look forward to most!!  A safe inclusive space where we all cheer each other on, push each other out of our comfort zones, laugh a bunch, and celebrate each other’s gains & wins!! Not to mention you can bring your kiddos along too if you’d like or need to…I would 1000% recommend B. Squad for any of your fitness goals! 🙂
