We’re proud to offer both kid-free evening classes and kid-friendly day classes and be your all-around individual and family fitness community, helping to model a healthy and active lifestyle for yourself and your littles!

Our growing Squad ranges from age 13 to 70s, showcasing the versatility and inclusivity of classes designed for all fitness levels and every stage of the journey.

Saturday Morning Fuel

Join us for your family-friendly outdoor class where parents/caregivers can break a sweat while kids play, nap, snack and meet new friends! This full-body workout is designed for all fitness levels and encourages a supportive, energetic environment.

Bring your water bottles, stroller, kid essentials, and snacks, or come solo, and let’s tone, laugh, get healthy and reach our goals together, all while enjoying some extra Vitamin D!

Classes are held at different school locations around Kimberley and Marysville (grass, pavement and playgrounds are essential).

Kid-Free
Power Hour + Squad Power

Steal a break with our kid-free evening classes! It’s your time to turn up the energy and show up for yourself. With a fun, high-powered mix of strength and cardio, you’ll sweat, laugh, and push toward your fitness goals alongside a supportive, like-minded squad. No distractions, no excuses – just your time to get stronger, feel unstoppable, and own your progress!

Once a month we have a class focused on half-cardio/half-stretch – the perfect balance of movement and recovery!
This class combines heart-pumping cardio to boost your energy, with deep stretching to improve flexibility, release tension and support recovery. Leave feeling stronger, refreshed and recharged – body and mind!

Stronger Together

Our daytime fitness class is inclusive to all fitness levels – because living a healthy, active life is something worth sharing and modeling for your sidekick!

Come solo or with children in tow – show up, work hard and inspire the next generation by leading with strength, energy and purpose!

It’s more than a workout, it’s a powerful example!

For September, we may hold classes outdoors to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine – weather permitting.

What routines work best for you?

All our classes focus on what’s most important – our clients’ happiness, health, and reaching individual goals! With no pressure, everyone is encouraged to workout at their own pace and achieve as many rounds as possible (aka AMRAP).

Make sure to let us know which routines you love most, and the songs and playlists that keep you pumped and pushing through those last reps! We got you!

Sculpt + Tone

Condition your muscles with techniques and weights that help target, lift, strengthen, and lengthen lean muscle. Invigorate and transform your body while sculpting shape and definition, to look and feel fitter, stronger, and more toned!

Strengthen + Tighten

In every class, we aim to work all muscle groups based on your personal intensity level. Stick with us and your body will feel more lean and tightened, and you’ll build more energy to get you through even the toughest days.

Cardio + Respiratory Training

Improve stamina and slim down as we incorporate cardio training into all our classes. Combining strength-paced exercises with respiratory training for a full-body burn, you’ll feel energized and body primed to burn those extra calories.

Unwind + Focus

Keeping active means staying healthy both physically and mentally so make the most of your time, even with your kids close by. Your Tots can stretch out and Littles can play or explore safely within sight while you improve your fitness without distractions. It’s your time to recharge, inhale calm, exhale stress with peace of mind knowing they’re enjoying themselves too.

Circuit + Stamina

As intense as you want it, the Bootcamp Circuit is an energizing class merging strength training, cardio, and endurance into a single powerful session. Designed to burn + build with 3 rounds of 9 different high-intensity exercises, participants will push their personal limits and achieve a fun, full-body workout!

Flex with Resistance Bands

Work all major muscle groups or focus on an area of most concern while improving flexibility, balance, and posture by stabilizing your core. Flexing and strengthening with resistance bands is great for muscle rehabilitation if suffering from weakness, pain, or injuries.
