Family-friendly outdoor classes designed for all fitness levels and encourages a supportive, energetic environment. Parents/caregivers get a full-body workout while kids play, nap, snack and meet new friends!
Bring your water bottles, stroller, kid essentials, and snacks, or come solo, and let’s tone, laugh, get healthy and reach our goals together, all while enjoying some extra Vitamin D.

Steal a break with our kid-free evening classes! It’s your time to turn up the energy and show up for yourself. With a fun, high-powered mix of strength and cardio, you’ll sweat, laugh, and push toward your fitness goals alongside a supportive, like-minded squad. No distractions, no excuses – just your time to get stronger, feel unstoppable, and own your progress!
Once a month we have a class focused on half-cardio/half-stretch – the perfect balance of movement and recovery!
This class combines heart-pumping cardio to boost your energy, with deep stretching to improve flexibility, release tension and support recovery.
Join us and feel stronger, refreshed and recharged – body and mind!
What routines work best for you?
All our classes focus on what’s most important – our clients’ happiness, health, and reaching individual goals! With no pressure, everyone is encouraged to workout at their own pace and achieve as many rounds as possible (aka AMRAP).
