I’m Stacie …
West Coast born and raised by my amazing parents in the great community of Ocean Park, spending the majority of my days at the beaches, I later moved to the heart of Vancouver for my career. I’ve always enjoyed staying active, being competitive in sports, and embracing a healthy lifestyle, while not forgetting I’m human – life happens and food is delicious!
My journey has led me through various career paths, from Architecture and Design, to navigating the forest industry, and Project Management in the hospitality furniture design sector. Each has been an extremely valuable learning experience, and I’ve been lucky to have met many incredible individuals and lifetime friends along the way!

Life has a way of guiding us down new paths, and for me, that exciting new journey began with starting my own family and moving to Kimberley, the perfect place to raise our daughter and just down the road from her cousins!
Surrounded by the majestic mountains and lakes, tight-knit community, and pristine air, I’m beyond lucky to spend my days at home with our little B (yes, the inspiration behind our name!), cherishing every moment of being her Mama, and enjoying this amazing community together, connecting with so many other individuals and families!
Yet, there was one thing missing for me and my little sidekick – the Mom and baby/tot exercise classes we had a blast in regularly, back on the coast. And thus, B. Squad Fitness was born!
Driven by a passion to foster a healthy community, I’ve created a judgment-free space for parents and caregivers, where you can bring your newborn to preschool-aged kids (or come solo for some much-needed “YOU” time). A safe space where your child can nap, snack, or play with other littles while you get your workout on! It’s all about breaking a sweat, sharing some laughs, and snagging that elusive mental break we all crave but seldom find…even if your sidekick is in tow!
