Nope! We welcome all parents and caregivers of children. That said, you actually don’t even have to be a parent, as long as you are ok with kids being around while you get your workout on and sweat it out!

You can but it’s not required. This is why we are here, and should we out-grow our space, this is only a great thing, and we will look into larger facilities and outdoor space for the beautiful days ahead!

No, however school age children may not have as much fun hanging out while you workout. They are welcome to come but please bring a book, tablet etc. to entertain them if watching us workout won’t be enough entertainment – it just might! 😉

Each class will be scheduled for 45 minutes. We find this is the sweet spot for our littles in most any activity, from newborn to kindergarten.

All class locations are noted in our schedule. Currently all classes will be in Kimberley facilities or parks!

We’ll be taking some classes outdoors to enjoy an extra Vitamin D boost! Selected dates only, weather permitting. All classes and locations are noted in our schedule.

We want you to feel comfortable to tend to your child at anytime during the class. If you need to pause from your workout for a diaper change, to nurse, or for a toddler snack break, this is your time and your class to do so. We’ve all been there and you’ve made it to class, self care at its finest, that is an accomplishment most days on its own!! Some classes will go more smoothly than others, and that is ok! We are a judgment-free space!

Of course! We completely understand that some days do not go as smoothly as others, or appointments come up. We’ll just want to make sure you warm-up/cool-down properly to ensure no injuries occur and that you’re able to make it to the next class!

Yes. Please register at least two (2) hours before your class so we can ensure adequate space and participants for that session.

Yes! Upon registration of your first class, you’ll receive a welcome email including our online intake form and waiver to be completed prior to your first class.

Wear appropriate exercise footwear and clothing, be comfortable and don’t forget your water! A towel is great to have on hand as well, and if you prefer, you can bring your own yoga mat, but we will have some on hand at class for our squad to use. If required, bring your diaper bag filled with your usual supplies, some small toys for your sidekick, snacks, and a blanket to put baby on. Strollers are welcome as well, space permitting.
